控制系統(tǒng)采用特種鋼，并經(jīng)過特種處理，質(zhì)輕耐磨、耐腐蝕、耐沖擊，
外売采用高強(qiáng)度PVC，質(zhì)輕、不老化。
安全繩選用航空用鋼絲繩，懸掛繩、安全帶，均阻燃處理。
使用方法：
速差式自控器固定懸掛在作業(yè)點(diǎn)上方，將自控器內(nèi)的繩索和安全帶上半圓環(huán)聯(lián)結(jié)可任意將繩索拉出，在一定位置上作業(yè)。工作完畢，人向上移動，繩即自行收回自控器內(nèi)。墜落時(shí)自控器受速度影響進(jìn)行制動控制。試驗(yàn)時(shí)，拉出繩長0.8m，要求模擬人體墜落時(shí)下滑距離不超過1.2m為合格。
