采用三級(jí)定軸斜齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，齒輪和齒輪軸用經(jīng)過(guò)熱處理的合金鋼制成箱體，蓋由優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵制成，裝配嚴(yán)密，密封良好。減速器自成一個(gè)部件，裝卸極為方便。
控制箱
采用能在緊急情況下切斷主電路，并帶有上下行程保護(hù)斷火限位器的裝置。確保了電動(dòng)葫蘆的安全運(yùn)行。電器元件壽命長(zhǎng)，使用可靠。
鋼絲繩
采用JB/T7334-2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鋼絲繩，它保證了經(jīng)久耐用。
按鈕開(kāi)關(guān)
起升電機(jī)采用較大起動(dòng)力矩錐形轉(zhuǎn)子制動(dòng)異步電動(dòng)機(jī)，無(wú)須外加制動(dòng)器。電機(jī)負(fù)載持續(xù)率為25%，電機(jī)采用B級(jí)或F級(jí)絕緣，電機(jī)防護(hù)等級(jí)IP44/IP54
