適用方法與注意事項(xiàng)：
使用時(shí)，除應(yīng)遵守一般操作工藝及規(guī)格外，還應(yīng)注意下列問題：
為了保證量值傳遞正確性，對選用的千斤頂和泵站應(yīng)配對進(jìn)行量值標(biāo)定，將拉伸力（或頂伸力）和液壓力繪制成圖表供操作時(shí)參考，并建立一個(gè)合理的檢定周期，遇下列幾種情況，亦應(yīng)重新標(biāo)定，
1、千斤頂修理后
2、更換壓力表
3、其它意外設(shè)備損壞
按照“千斤頂構(gòu)造，液壓系統(tǒng)圖”，用高壓軟管將千斤頂和泵站連接起來，按下列步驟進(jìn)行操作：
1、啟動(dòng)泵站運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，調(diào)定溢流閥至工作壓力（壓力數(shù)值參照前述標(biāo)定結(jié)果
2、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)換向閥手柄，千斤頂活塞既可作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，完成張拉或頂升動(dòng)作。
3、千斤頂動(dòng)作結(jié)束時(shí)，務(wù)請即時(shí)切斷泵站電源，避免溢流閥長時(shí)間處于工作狀態(tài)，使油溫迅速升高，影響泵站使用壽命
4、高溫季節(jié)應(yīng)密切注意油溫，當(dāng)油溫超過70℃應(yīng)考濾降溫措施。
