本千斤頂主要零件采用高度鋼材制成，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、體積小的特點(diǎn)軸向長度短、鋼絞線預(yù)留張拉長度短，可節(jié)省鋼絞線材料。且吊裝靈活、經(jīng)久耐用，容易操作和維修方便。
本系列千斤頂不可用于落梁、頂推、頂升等易產(chǎn)生偏栽的工況中，如遇上述工況，請(qǐng)選用我廠其他相應(yīng)型號(hào)的千斤頂。
臥式千斤頂包括構(gòu)成液壓油缸的缸底、缸筒、缸蓋、活塞、活塞桿和連接缸底與缸蓋的拉桿及高壓油管，該高壓油管其一端裝有可與車載油泵輸出端的液壓分配器連接的快速接頭，另一端分成兩支路分別與缸筒內(nèi)聯(lián)通，其一支路上裝有單向閥，另一支路上裝有回油安全閥，該活塞上裝有超高保護(hù)閥，該缸蓋上開有泄油孔。
該液壓千斤頂利用重型車本身的自卸油泵或轉(zhuǎn)向助力油泵輸出的高壓油來實(shí)現(xiàn)千斤頂?shù)捻斊?，具有省時(shí)省力、使用和攜帶方便的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，適用于自卸車、半掛車、平板車等重型車輛。
