普通平膠帶又稱為傳動(dòng)帶，一般分為包邊式和切邊式兩種，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)全棉帆布作為骨架層，帆布表面擦、貼適量膠料后，再由多層膠帆布粘合在一起構(gòu)成平膠帶，平膠帶具有強(qiáng)度高、耐老化、屈撓性能好、使用伸長(zhǎng)率小等優(yōu)良性能。
產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：棉帆布骨架帶芯，表層采用對(duì)口膠料方式對(duì)縫并加以嵌條。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：粘結(jié)性好，不易脫落；平整不變形，價(jià)格適中。
布層數(shù)：3-12層

1.對(duì)縫處不易脫開:結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)新穎,表層布縫處采用封口膠料，并帶有嵌條，粘性好，運(yùn)行時(shí)不易脫開。2.帶體挺性好：選用特殊的優(yōu)質(zhì)全棉帆布，不論28盎司或32盎司，帶體挺性好，不易變形。
3.伸長(zhǎng)均勻，使用伸長(zhǎng)較?。河捎谶x用特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的棉布，采用先進(jìn)的成型工藝，合理的硫化方式，所以布層間伸長(zhǎng)均勻，使用伸長(zhǎng)較小。
